A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES.

We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours’ notice.  canceling, no showing or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in a charge of 50% of scheduled service.

We allow a 10-minute grace period for all of our services. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, if you arrive 10 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time, we do reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

Gift Cards are Valid for 12months.

We do NOT accept Dermalounge Gift Cards.
